The name comes from the very white color of its seeds, and the chocolate produced from it is particularly known for its pleasant and rounded flavor. This precious cocoa, grown southwest of Lake Maracaibo in the Venezuelan region of Zulia, creates a light, harmonious, and aromatic chocolate whose uniqueness is evident from the first taste.
