1. HOW CAN I FIND THE item I'M LOOKING FOR?
From the Home Page, you can:
– Discover Amedei items, entering the different categories and selecting your choice.
– If you are looking for a specific item, enter one or more search terms in the “Search” box to view the related list of items.
2. HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Our online store is here for you to order our items.
Browse the categories, select the items you want and, once everything has been added to the cart, follow the easy steps to confirm the order.
3. IF MY CART IS FILLED WITH ITEMS, AM I OBLIGED TO PROCEED WITH THE PURCHASE?
No, you can do all the attempts you want before deciding to complete your order.
4. DOES PUTTING AN ITEM IN MY CART RESERVE IT?
No, items in your order are reserved only once payment is completed.
5. WHAT PAYMENT METHOD IS AVAILABLE?
The available method are through PayPal, credit card and cash on delivery.
6. IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?
All payments made through our website are secure thanks to the PayPal service.
7. WHAT IS AND HOW DOES A PROMO CODE WORK?
A Promo code is a discount voucher that is given to you in case of special promotions. You will receive the conditions to get this code via a specific Newsletter on the occasion of particular events.
If you have a promo code, all you have to do is enter the code in the field on the order completion page: the discount will be calculated and displayed automatically.
8. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
To check the status of your order, log in and access your personal area. Under “My orders” you find all the information you need. If you want to know more, remember that our Customer care is here to help you.
SHIPMENTS
1. HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
All items are shipped with courier Bartolini for Italy and DHL for Europe.
We use “Avana” packaging in order to protect the item in the best possible way and guarantee the highest quality.
2. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
- In Italy the delivery is generally made within 24/48 working hours ( not guaranteed).
- Fo risland it is made in 3/4 wotking days.
- For remote locations, delivery schedule expected for express shipments are not guaranteed.
- For shipments abroad, deliveries take place in 3/4 working days.
3. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY SHIPMENT?
As soon as the order is completed, you will receive the link or code via email to check the status of your shipment.
4. WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S A DELIVERY BUT I'M NOT HOME?
The courier Bartolini will leave a coupon with the details of the shipment, in the mailbox, and he will make two new delivery attempts after which it will be in storage. Amedei will contact you for further information.
5. HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you wish to return your iorder, please contact our Customer care at office@amedei.it or call 0587484849 from Monday to Friday.
6. ARE SHIPMENTS GUARANTEED DURING PEAK PERIODS SUCH AS CHRISTMAS, EASTER, OR HOLIDAYS IN GENERAL?
Yes, during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, and other holidays, we commit to guaranteeing all shipments. However, due to high demand and the craftsmanship we dedicate to packaging, shipments may take longer than the usual delivery times.
7.HOW MUCH COULD SHIPMENTS BE DELAYED AROUND AND DURING HOLIDAY PERIODS?
Delays are generally minimal and may vary depending on the volume of requests. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that orders are processed as quickly as possible.
8.CAN I PLACE ORDERS WITH GUARANTEED DELIVERY BY A SPECIFIC DATE?
