Winner of the Golden Bean Award at the Academy of Chocolate in London in 2013, Blanco de Criollo is named after the seed used in its creation, Piura Gran Blanco, a genetic variety grown in northern Peru. CConsidered one of the best cocoa in the world, it gives the chocolate a rich and at the same time surprisigly delicate taste, characterised by fruity aromas and a refined aromatic complexity.
